Buying a Print
All of the prints on our website are normally in stock.
You can order online through our secure shopping system with complete confidence.
We will transfer you to our sister website "finescottishart.co.uk" to choose your options and complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We normally despatch orders for unframed prints by first class post the day after receipt and orders for framed prints by parcel post.
FRAMED PRINTS are manufactured on receipt of your order so please allow at least seven days for delivery.
There are certain times such as holidays when there may be a small delay. If any delay occurs we will email you to advise when your order will be sent.
Unframed prints are sent by First Class post and should reach you the day after posting. Framed Prints by Parcel Post should arrive 2-3 days after posting.
Unframed prints are packed in a strong postal tube and framed prints in a strong box. Both of these are too large for a normal letterbox so if you are out at the time of delivery you may receive a card from your postman advising that the items are being held at your local sorting office.
If you have any special delivery instructions please type them into the "Additional Information" box on the checkout page. If your order is urgent please feel free to contact us beforehand to check availability and advise us of your requirements.
You will find an order number and receipt at the end of the checkout process and we will also send you a copy of this by email. Our payment service provider WORLDPAY will also send you an email confirming the transaction details. Please check that these have not been intercepted by your spam filters. Please note that your credit card payment will be to NEIL J BARLOW.
We will send an further email advising that your order has been sent. Please note that if your purchase is a gift to someone who shares your email address, these emails are automatic and you may not be able to keep your purchase a secret.
We accept credit card payments in pounds sterling, euros, and USD. Credit card payments are handled for us by Worldpay and you are transferred to the secure Worldpay server before entering your credit or debit card details.
The most important people to us are our customers and we will do everything possible to solve any problems that arise with your order.
If goods are damaged in transit please advise us immediately on receipt and return them within thirty days for replacement or full refund (your Choice). We may need to ask you for information which will help us with any insurance claim we may make with the carriers (a photo of the damage is a great help).
If goods are unacceptable to you for any other reason you may return them for full refund (but not postage costs) within thirty days so long as we receive them in "as new" condition. Please advise us before returning goods so that we know to expect them.
